You probably downloaded Bioclipse as a .zip file. Just remove that
file, and the content you extracted from it, and you will have
uninstalled Bioclipse.

There's also a "workspace" directory created by Bioclipse at first
startup, located at C:\Documents and
Settings\YourUserName\bioclipse-workspace\. You can safely remove that
too from your computer.
