Installing in Linux Red Hat Enterprises edition

Dear Sir,
I am unable to install Bioeclipse in Linux Ret Hat Enterprise edition of Dell precision of Architechure X86_64. The last few lines of error in log is posted hereunder and I am unable to understand what it suggest to me and kindly help me to fix the issue.

Can you elaborate on what you mean with getting it 'installed'? Bioclipse does not really install itself? I assume you got that error message when you started Bioclipse? Can you please provide me what Java virtual machine you are using, and whether Bioclipse starts up at all...
